Nieka Coryn graduated as a neurophysiotherapist in 2025 and is currently a PhD candidate in the Human Physiology Research Group (MFYS). Her research focuses on quantifying mental fatigue using a neurophysiological approach. Her work aims to better understand the underlying mechanisms of mental fatigue and to develop better strategies for preparation and recovery in sports. Outside of her research, she enjoys playing basketball.
