Overtraining: a danger for top level and recreational athletes

"Exercising is healthy, especially if you respect the limits of your own body and build in sufficient rest and recuperation. But with endurance sports it is not impossible that you will overload your body. If that happens in combination with other factors (busy family life, stress at work, etc.) then things can go wrong."
