Biography
Sidney Grosprêtre is an Associate Professor at the Université Marie et Louis Pasteur (Besançon, France) and a Visiting Professor at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Belgium). His research focuses on the neural control of movement, neuroplasticity, and innovative rehabilitation strategies combining virtual reality, mental training, neuromodulation, and exercise. He has authored more than 80 peer-reviewed publications and currently holds an excellence chair at the French Institut Universitaire de France (IUF, Paris). He leads several national and international research projects in neuroscience, human movement. He is also the founder and former President of the French Parkour Federation (2010-2026).
